| So ..what has been the haps lately... Nothing much really... been on hermit mode pretty much since june... went out to a couple of parties i think i mentioned that in my last post... if i didnt... then yeah i went to a couple of parties...avg.. typical local crowd... been hitting the gym hard again... i mean i never really let off the gym...but ive just added cardio back onto the schedule..and restricing my diet.. only have about 6 weeks left before I hit the beaches of home for 7 weeks....so at the same time ive been saving money and paying debts off trying to prepare for my house on the horizon.. That being said..the fucken exchange rate has shot thru the proverbial roof and hit 7 dollars hkd to 1 aus..which has cut my savings by a sufficient chunk to postpone my purchase for at least 4-5 months... but markets are looking up in perth so yeah... definately need to get into the market...to make things easier ill most likely take over one of my mums existing places... So yeah saving money plus hermit mode plus diet = a pretty boring me... results are coming in though... about 3-5 lbs lost since mid sept... and yeah plenty of dosh saved... can be a bit boring eating chicken and vege everynite... but eh... results are results... just gotta keep at it and hopefully ..just hopefully ill finally be able to lose that finaly layer of fat... | | |
| Cliched...yeah i guess... but its the truth...its been so long since i wrote here...i actually forgot the password just now...but anyway... i dun even think anybody still reads this but eh..here goes.... Been on saving mode the past few months..trying to put away money for deposit on the house... but due to the sudden rise of the aus dollar means i have to save even harder for the remaining months...on the upside..ill probably end up taking over the mortgage on one of my mum's properties in perth so that will make it easier i guess... WRX has been shipped... left macau end of august... should be there sometime this month. Hopefully can sell it quick so i can stop saving so hard and just use that as deposit money instead. works been pretty shite... office has been renovating for the past 2 months already and still another 2 to go at least... fumes and dust and drilling constantly... luckily boss has moved to a diff building so its only me and my staff in our office, so i let it run slack for now... bad conditions to work in anyway... so yeh works been pretyt slack just been working from home a lot. New gym since last post probably... left the old one cos they were signing new members for dirt cheap like 1/4 the price i pay and they had full access... sharing the gym with half price paying cunts that smell like ghee + curry(nepalese) isnt something i pay almost 400 bucks a month for... so i quit... went to another one... closer to home walking distance...but being a macau gym...doesnt open til 11am in the morning and its closed on sundays...lol was forced to park on the street during a recent typhoon signal 8, cracked windscreen...$5100 to get it replaced... bought another ferret, an albino female this time... Named MJ...for Mary Jane obviously... she and charlie get one well...its fun to watch them wrestle... Long leave was approved for end of year... i took about 36 days of leave...getting about 50-60 days total leave cos of all the public holidays and shit..and its all paid leave... after all of that i still have 16 days left.... i guess the biggest decision recently that ive come to is... Motorcycles...Ive always wanted to get one... just never had the chance or time or money...and always prefered cars before bikes...but ive got my M3 now...which i planend to buy when i was 35...so theres an emptyness inside...that used to be filled with a goal... pre 18 it was to buy my z3... post 18 was M3 before 35... now i have both of those... and being a human being...im not satisfied..i want more...next logical step...2 wheels... Fallen in love with the 2009 model Ducati Monster 696 road bike... its a beauty...naked sports bike..just a piece of art... can probably pick it up in 2 years time for about 50-60k hkd... if i can get it financed the payments would be less than an ounce of weed a month..so definately worthit... just gotta work on getting my bike license back in OZ this time back... lot of shit on the agenda this time roudn in OZ... bike learners, bike lessons, Scuba License, house buying... and i gotta test out my new bilsteins for my Z3 which i sent back with my WRX guess ill spend the next year or so getting comfortable on a bike...getting my license... and slowly start aquiring the gear... | | |
| With the current world economy the way it is, and interest rates as low as they are, i kinda find it hard not to want to buy a piece of australia to call my own. Unfortunately since i am working overseas and not living in the joint I'm not eligible for the first home buyers grant or any kinda government incentives except a few tax benefits. Which kinda changes my tack a bit, At first i wanted to buy a decent place, a place that i could live in if i was to go back in the next 3-5 years, but since i am nto eligible for any of the grants, i might aim a lil lower. since its just gonna be an ivnestment property to take advantage of the low rates, and just to get some equity under my belt, might just get something a lil cheaper in a steady growth area, and just let it sit. All this being said, i still need to save money for a deposit. Need to start cutting expenses. Now, there are a lot of ways i could do this, easiest would be to cut down smoking etc, which although highly unlikely i will try hehehehe, i guess once my car is paid off next march i will have that extra cash to put away too. But i guess im just gonna have to maybe take a few light bulbs out here and there, use a fan instead of air con and drive less, eat at home more, and do all that kinda shit, less outing as well i guess. yeah... time to buy a house...just in case i need a place to hide out anytime soon...hehehe | | |
| Havent written on here much lately, guess theres nothing much to write about... Havent really gone out at all, the times i did, i didnt stay out longer than 45 minutes cos the music is so shit, and the place is too small. Needed new brake pads for my bimmer, but unfortunately nobody in macau stocks AP racing Pads on the shelf, so i had to go the next best thing i could find locally and they are PROJECT MU pads... but... they rattle... so have to bring the car back to get some springs fitted to sort that out. Thinking of buying a house this year back home in OZ.. kinda getting disillusioned at my current job, and well yeah if things dun pick up by next year, i dont think ill be hanging round much longer after that, so a house is definately on the books. bought the new prodigy album... its orrite, sounds more like beasty boys to me, but nonethe less its still ok and better than any shit they play on the radio. Fast and Furious 4 was a load of shit, movie thats meant to be about cars and racing, with no cars or racing in it... go figure. WRX should be on its way soon just trying to find the cheapest option to ship it back from here. Work is slow, nothing much to do, and well the company just doesnt seem to care much about the slots business.. i guess it always has been this way, but fuck ... ive managed to get double the income year on year for the past 5 years and have always come in under budget... but still no recognition, no pay rise, no budget increase...worse case is that other non operational departments are making business decisions on our behalf... so yeah that being said... if things dont pick up..(promotion/pay rise) im definately taking my talents elsewhere.... i know for a fact that even in these times of economic turmoil i am 50% underpaid.. so yeah..all in all kinda just bored... | | |

When i heard this news, i was quite happy, ecstatic if you will, cos once again a hi profile american has come under the spotlight for smoking marijuana and some more he is a 14 time gold medalist. In my mind i saw doors open for the Marijuana movement, once again debunking all that propoganda bullshit that they toss aroudn as fact, such as how it de motivates you, leads to harder drugs, pot smokers dont achieve anything, damages your lungs or wotever the fuck they wanna say. Further research says that Phelpsy was ADHD or ADD, Now the commonly prescribed drug for these conditions is ... RITALIN or Dexamphetamine. Ritalin is a stronger form of Dexamphetamine. Dexamphetamine, Precursor to Speed, Meth ampetamine is made from it it is basically SPEED. Anyhow like i said i was quite ecstatic to hear about hoping that an ideological young pot smoking olympian will stand on the side of the humble pot smoker. But alas, in typical chicken shit soft cock american celebrity style, HE SAYS HIS FUCKEN SORRY? and that is was a fucken mistake? WHAT THE FUCK?
